Terms of Use — GlydeCabs (Royal Ridez LLC)

These Terms of Use ("Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GlydeCabs website, booking tools, and related guest services (the "Services”) operated by Royal Ridez LLC ("Royal Ridez,” "we,” "us,” or "our”), doing business as GlydeCabs, based in Westerville, Ohio, USA.

By using the Services or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

GlydeCabs is the guest-facing brand for vehicle rental offerings operated by Royal Ridez LLC. Our soft-launch focus is premium Tesla rentals in the Columbus / Westerville, Ohio area. Contact: admin@royalridezllc.com · +1 6143773241 · Westerville, OH 43081.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in the United States. To drive a rented vehicle you must hold a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle class, meet any age and driving-history requirements stated at booking or in the rental agreement, and provide accurate identity and payment information. We may refuse or cancel a booking if eligibility is not met.

3. Bookings and rental agreement

A website search or hold is not a completed rental until we confirm the booking and you accept any trip-specific rental agreement, policies, and disclosures presented at checkout or pickup (including mileage, fuel/charging, insurance/protection options, deposits, and geographic limits). If these Terms conflict with a signed or click-accepted rental agreement for a specific trip, the rental agreement controls for that trip.

4. Rates, fees, and taxes

Displayed rates are for planning. Applicable taxes, fees, protection products, mileage packages, delivery/handoff fees, and other charges will be shown before you confirm payment where the platform allows. You authorize charges to the payment method you provide for the rental, extras you select, and amounts you owe under the rental agreement (including damage, tolls, parking, cleaning, or smoking fees when applicable and disclosed).

5. Vehicle use

You agree to use the vehicle only as permitted in the rental agreement and applicable law. Unless we agree in writing, you must not: use the vehicle for ride-hail/delivery or other commercial use not approved; tow or off-road beyond design limits; race or drive recklessly; drive under the influence; allow unauthorized drivers; take the vehicle outside permitted territory; or disable tracking, telematics, or digital-key systems we rely on for the rental.

Electric vehicles: follow charging and care instructions on the listing and in-trip materials. Return with charge level as required by your agreement.

6. Digital keys and access

Many GlydeCabs vehicles use digital keys or similar access (for example ChargeKey or manufacturer digital key). You must protect access credentials, not share them except with approved additional drivers, and report loss or compromise immediately. Failure to return access or lock the vehicle as instructed may result in fees under the rental agreement.

7. Insurance and protection options

Vehicle protection and insurance options (including any EV-appropriate choices) may be offered at checkout or required by policy. You are responsible for understanding what is and is not covered, your deductible or responsibility amounts, and any personal auto insurance you rely on. Royal Ridez does not guarantee that a third-party insurer will cover a claim.

8. Cancellations, no-shows, and changes

Cancellation, change, and no-show rules are those shown at booking or in your confirmation. Late return, failure to pickup, or failure to return keys/access devices may incur fees as disclosed.

9. Accounts and acceptable use of the website

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the Services (including scraping, attacking, or attempting unauthorized access). We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. The Privacy Policy’s link to Terms should point to this page (https://www.glydecabs.com/terms-and-conditions), not to any third-party vendor domain.

11. Intellectual property

Site content, branding (including GlydeCabs and Royal Ridez marks), and software interfaces are owned by Royal Ridez or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the Services.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND VEHICLES ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY OHIO AND U.S. LAW, ROYAL RIDEZ LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR A RENTAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE BOOKING GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (INCLUDING FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT WHERE SUCH LIMITS ARE PROHIBITED).

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Royal Ridez LLC against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Services or vehicle, your breach of these Terms or the rental agreement, or your violation of law — to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts located in Ohio for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated” date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance, except where notice or consent is required by law.
