Payment Policy
Payment is processed securely through the GlydeCabs platform at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards. A refundable security deposit hold is placed at trip start and released within 3–5 business days of successful return, provided the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, and at the agreed charge level. No off-platform payments — all transactions flow through GlydeCabs for your protection and ours.
For trips longer than 7 days, a multi-installment payment plan may be available — contact us before booking to arrange. Security deposit amount varies by vehicle and trip length [VERIFY: typically $300–$750]; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you confirm. Late return fees apply at $25/hour after a 30-minute grace period; please communicate proactively if you'll be late and we'll work with you whenever reasonable.
Delivery Policy
Royal Ridez offers two pickup options: (1) self-pickup from our Westerville, OH location, included at no additional charge, or (2) delivery to your address or pickup point — including airport, hotel, or residence — within a 30-mile radius for a flat fee shown at checkout. All deliveries are met in person by a member of our Onboarding Success Specialist team who walks you through vehicle features, charging, and handoff before handing over the keys.
Airport pickups at John Glenn Columbus International (CMH) are a popular option — please book at least 48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability. Delivery outside the 30-mile radius is available by special arrangement; contact us before booking with your full address for a custom quote. We track delivery ETAs in real time and will text you 30 minutes before arrival.
Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 48 hours before trip start receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours of start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of trip start are non-refundable, except in documented emergencies (medical, NWS-warned severe weather, or carrier-cancelled inbound flight). Trip-end refunds for mechanical issues or service interruptions are reviewed case-by-case and processed within 7 business days of resolution.

Royal Ridez is a fully insured commercial EV rental operation; insurance coverage is included in your booking via GlydeCabs platform protection. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 — the dedicated number is included in your trip confirmation. Software features (Autopilot, Sentry Mode, Full Self-Driving where enabled on the specific vehicle) are explained during vehicle walkthrough; please leave Sentry Mode and Cabin Camera enabled during your rental for your protection and ours.
